These are big chunks of beautiful yams. They are NOT a can of mush. Some brands are soft piles of mush, these are big, beautiful, flavorful, yams that served a LOT of people that loved them. I will only buy Bruce's Yams in the future. They are great!

Tastes great.

These sweet potatoes are almost as good as fresh. A great tasting and easy to prepare alternative when I don't have the time or energy to prepare fresh sweet potatoes. I add a little butter, some salt and light brown sugar. Heat them up in my microwave and just mash it. Love it.

they're canned yams. they work perfectly for my family's generations-held sweet potato salad recipe that came from a southern living magazine, I think. or better homes and garden, in the 1960s. you have to ask me mom. they are perfectly textured, easy to lightly mash and have a good flavor. these are the yams we use for every holiday dinner.
