plant was lost in mail when received it was broken

the plant was beautiful other than the fact that it was broken and the leaves were brown. The package was lost or delivered to someone else and then I received it 13 days after the day it was supposedly delivered to me so I only have part of one plant and the leaves are completely brown all but the top two and that was the one that was snapped off from the root. I repotted it and just pushed it into the soil hoping that it will try to reroot. I have yet to speak to the seller to have it replaced but the plant is beautiful and I hope to have better future experience with them.
