I got this because I was feeling very tired lately after suffering from a kidney infection. I didn't want to drink coffee or add caffeine to my diet since it makes me jittery. I looked into V vitamins and I read that liquid B vitamins is the best way to take this stuff since it won't get destroyed by your stomach acid. I also wanted to get B12 in Methylcobalamin form vs. Cyanocobalamin (synthetic form) This item looked like it had a lot of good reviews and satisfied customer. I've been taking it now for 4 weeks and I can feel an immediate difference. You should probably take this in the morning instead of afternoon since it will keep you up half the night, lol. It works. Doesn't upset my stomach. Doesn't make me jittery and the taste isn't too bad. Take it with some juice or lemonade and you'll be all set.
