Each capsule provides 310 mg of hops in full spectrum form. Hops is effective when taken alone, but they may be even more so when used in combination with other herbs like valerian, chamomile and passionflower, as they tend to heighten the activity of hops. Hops also help the body secrete gastric juices to the gastrointestinal system for complete digestion, offering a perfect ending to dinner, too.
