When we received item and opened …we noticed that it had some white residue on it. It looked like paint…not sure what it was…we cleaned it off…underneath the hoverboard, it had scratches that had been painted over. I reread the description and no where did it say it was a refurbished hoverboard. Not sure what happened to them. Time will tell if they last.

the two boards that i ordered were christmas gifts. i wrapped them, but they didn't receive them until Easter because the kids are from out of town. When they opened them, both were used and one was broken. I went to return them and Walmart didn't accept them or give me a refund because of the time that passed. If you order anything online, open the package to check the item(s).

Attempted to contact the seller to get a refund, however, I am still waiting and have not received a refund. I had the hover board to take back to the store or to mail off and I have heard nothing I purchased it and my grandson is too small for the hover board.
