I was very skeptical but I finally decided to give these a try to see if they would help joint stiffness. It's been a month and I do notice a slight but significant improvement. I'm hoping with more time it will increase. I notice the improvement mostly in my hands, less stiffness in the fingers and better mobility. I'll update as time goes on.
