Urbanest Crackle Single Curtain Rod and Hardware Set

Quality of finish is great, Finial is really amazingly pretty. However, after putting up the brackets in the proper position, we attempted to put curtains on rod only to find that Part B was somehow permanently “fixed in the shipping position” not allowing the rod to extend to the full length of “104”. And actually did not even hardly meet the minimum of 80”. Since we needed the window covered for guests visiting, we were able to barely cover the window with the use of metal HVAC tape attaching the too short rod together with the tape.
