This leg pillow is exactly what I needed for my wife who is ill and bed bound and comfort is the goal. This pillow works well for keeping her legs separated for prevention of bed sore and air circulation. It has a very contoured design that fits well and has Velcro to secure so that leg movement won't dislodge the pillow during night time sleep. The cover is made of very soft material and is removeable and washable. After carefully studying this pillow, it is obvious that the foam interior is intentionally extruded so it would fit exactly, with one side slightly larger than the other. If you are a side sleeper, or are bed bound you will benefit with this functional leg pillow.
