I have tried to order 3 times, and the order gets cancelled, with no explanation why, except that walmart cancelled the order since the item didn't ship (on time). My credit card gets charged, then credited, so it's not a payment issues. I don't actually know if it is walmart or Shapeez, but I did try to contact Shapeez to see if we could figure out what happened and they did not respond. I also have never ever had this issue with another walmart order. I wanted the product, badly enough to try a few times, but sort of sad that they didn't respond when I reached out, so I'm probably not going to try again.
