Came with oil change service

My vehicle has been driving smooth ever since they changed my oil %26 use this filter, so seems to be working well for me - I'm happy with it.

Verified Purchase

Never going back.

The people at this store that changed my oil were OK, but the people working inside Automotive, guy named Joseph, he was rude to everyone, if you were a person of color he was ruder. (Which I am not). He kept going to the back to be on his phone out of sight of the cameras. He let a man get an oil change and banana without paying for it, as well let a teenager walk out the door with a Valentines teddy bear without paying for it. These are things I observed while I was there for 2.5 hours when told it would be an hour. The oil change was fine I guess. IDK how to review an oil filter. But I am NEVER going back to that Auto section again for service.

No Filter

I bought the filter @ VW $18.00, got a $2.00 credit. the filter that pops up in the review doesn't even fit my vehicle. I purchased it because I was told on a prior oil change you guys didn't carry my filter.
