Snake oil claims

Arrived broken! Two of the six lids were cracked. I reached out to Ezystorage to see if I could get replacement lids. Since it seems that when they ship the multi-packs, something's always broken. I didn't want to take a chance of having Walmart ship me all new ones, and maybe have more of them broken in the second shipment. It's been a week since I reached out to Ezystorage, and I've heard nothing back. So I'm guessing these will be returned and replaced with maybe the Husky brand totes that are similar in features.

Comically poor packaging. Folded up boxes are used as padding on two sides. No chance the bottom bin arrives intact. Bins have wheels which is not mentioned in description. Dimensions are accurate but volume seems small for 55L.
