didnt come with everything it said it should have and the straighter is very cheepy hair gets caught in the edges of the plates causing my hair to break or pulls it out while I'm straighting it. ONE GOOD THING ISBIT DOES GET REALLY FAST COMPARED TO OTHER BRANDS
