Oval Address Plaque

I was very happy with this product. It is of nice quality for the price. You just can't go wrong by purchasing this.

OK

For the price it was a good buy compared to the other plaques that cost a lot more. The glue that was supposed to come with it was not in the box so I had to call the maker and they sent it in about 10 days. Other than that frustration it was fine.

Not what I expected

The oval address plaque is made of man-made material that resembles cut stone. It's attractive, but I thought $30 was high for what I had received. The kit comes with a large assortment of numbers - I think there were two of each number. In my estimation, by the size of the numbers, only 5 (or 6 if you squeezed them tightly together) numbers would fit on the face of the plaque. The problem I encountered was that they only provided a very small tube of what I'm assuming was rubber cement to affix the numbers to the plaque. I barely had enough cement to put my 4 numbers on the face of the plaque. You could buy more cement at any hardware store - but the description of the kit indicates that you will receive enough components to do the job. There needs to be a BIGGER tube of rubber cement in the box. The kit also comes with two small screws and two anchors for the screws. We mounted the plaque on a brick exterior wall and the two screws and mounts were very inadequate. We had to use longer, heavier, screws to secure the plaque to the wall. I guess I thought that for $30 I would have gotten a better quality product.
