- Directions: This urethane doesn't requires the use of 538 Plus Primer. Manufacture always recommends safe practices to apply a primer or activator prior to installing glass. All bonding areas must be clean, dry and free from all contaminates like oil, grease, release agents, etc. If there is no existing urethane on the pinchweld to use as a substrate, apply 538 to the pinchweld bonding area.
- Method of use: The application of the DINITROL Direct FW is done by extrusion out of foil wraps. Requires power caulking gun or 26:1 thrust ratio to properly dispense. Product has very high viscosity and can not be dispensed without proper equipment. The use of this product is suitable only for experienced users. Pre-tests are recommended for special applications.
- Fast Curing times Safe Drive Away Time - 3hr+ depending on temperature and humidity - check description for exact cure times.
- (4) 600ml Foil - equivalent to 8 tubes/cartridges. Require sausage style caulking gun to dispense.

DINTROL Direct FW is a primerless urethane. Manufacture always recommends safe practices to apply a primer or activator prior to installing a windshield. All bonding areas must be clean, dry and free from all contaminates like oil, grease, release agents, etc.
Important Notes: Glass installation is not recommended at temperatures below 5 C (40 F) unless proper procedures are following as stated in the DINITROL AGR Training Manual under Adverse Weather Conditions Section. Adhesives such as DINITROL 9100 or DINITROL 9000 should be used in these extreme temperatures unless glass is replaced in a heated shop an allowed to remain there until the appropriate Safety Drive Away Time as listed on the product TDS sheets have been met.
*For complete instructions on how to use and apply the DINITROL glass bonding systems, please refer to the DINITROL AGR Training Manual.
This product requires a 26:1 thrust ratio caulk gun or better to properly dispense.
*This product is a professional use product and should only be used by certified technicians.
