It may not look as high tech as some models with only one dispensing button and outlet for all two or three types of water temperature but I like that the practicality of and ease of use with three separate dispensing buttons and outlet for cool, cold, and hot water. I have both type of water dispensers and this was base on my own usage experience at home. In addition, the design detail of slightly bend design of inlet pipe maximize the usage of each 5 gallon water bottle. Even though this is a minor detail but shows the care and design put into this model.

Easy to use and sleek design - it’s an investment but only 1x and bought 2-3 jugs that you can swap out to refill only $8 per bottle - this is better costs than buying bottled water all the time or purchase those filter brands water pitchers which do not filter the water great and changing the filters so often is a pain and can be costly over time One thing I wish is if it was roughly 1-2’ taller so I wouldn’t need to bend down every time I am filling something up with water. The hot water is a bonus that I no longer have to boil water for tea or use my Keurig to get a hot cup that ends up with coffee grounds in it. If they made one of these that was also an ice maker that would be an epic bonus!
