Bought as a gift for my mother. I received great communication from the seller once purchased, even before item arrived. Mom loves that it has two tanks so it is easier for her to fill without having to have a jug or pitcher laying around and in the way all the time. She also loves that she does not have to replace a messy filter. Easy to use and understand options via the unit itself or you can use the remote and it also covers a pretty large area. Great value for the price!
