They are easy to apply.  Start off by washing your hands and cleaning the nose bridge of your glasses thoroughly. You can use soap and warm water but we recommend using an alcohol cleaner. This is to create a better surface for the adhesive to cling to.  Once applied, the nose pads should stay on your glasses for a few weeks. If you are very active or live in a harsh climate the adhesive might wear off sooner due to sweat or the humidity.
