The product was delivered with several pieces in the box arrived damaged. The packing slid down slightly allowing for all the corners to be exposed and subsequently mangled. We followed the instructions on the inside of the box to request a replacement for them. Replacements were approved and shipped out the following business day. Thumbs up on how they handled the replacement parts. They give you drywall screws to hang the cabinet, which I do not recommend for a heavy cabinet like this. I located my studs in the wall and anchored it with lag bolts instead. But other than that everything looks great and functions exactly as expected! Seems like good quality materials that will last a long time if treated well. Design is exactly as shown. If not for the delivery hiccup this would have been a perfect experience. But I blame the shipping company more than Meble. At least they were quick to remedy the issue and that is why I rated 5 stars.
