Disappointed with Walmart

The London Rag Prosper Mule has the appearance and description of being a great shoe; suede upper slip on mule. The shoes arrived with dirt inside as being worn by someone with dirty feet. The suede upper had spots of where someone or something rubbed the suede off. Almost everything I order from Walmart is damaged or is delayed delivery. Maybe it's just the Watchung NJ %235111 store??? I'm disappointed!!!
