So wanted to like this since I loved the Jolteon vmax premium box so much. Price wise, it is half of price of that Jolteon vmax box. The promo card is a basic v with Sylveon looking away. Inside are the Pokémon Celebrations packs which may include random “vintage” cards. I got a 1995 basic card worth about $1-2 without PSA grade. Unlike the Jolteon box I mentioned, I didn't have any vmax pulls nor rates from any of the packs. Oh well. Still nice to have if you love Eevee and her evolutions.
