The best part I like is the pattern design that looks very classy and elegant. The gray tones complimented my drapes and chair and I placed this rug in my work office as a room accent to give the office a comfy feeling. I am not disappointed because the rug is very soft to the touch and feels great on the feet. It definitely makes any room stand out with style. The gray tones are just perfect and the design is elegant. I don't know anything about construction but this wasn't flimsy or cheaply made, it actually was very sturdy and lightweight. I spilled a little juice and was able to clean it up quickly by wiping it off so I would say it's stain resistant. I would definitely recommend placing this rug in areas you want someone to notice because its eye-catching.
