Brilliant for stroke recovery physical therapy
I suffered a stroke at a very young age. While my recovery has been rapid, these resistance bands have been a godsend! I am able to do a range of exercises in the privacy of my own home, without a therapist. And I can take the kit with me easily anywhere I go.

Not what I expected
After years of use, my original resistance band, which came with the Balance Ball workout kit, snapped in half. The replacement bands I received, while I'm sure they are fine for other things, are not the same length as the original band and I cannot use them in conjunction with the DVD exercises. This was a great disappointment to me since that was the only reason I purchased the new set.
