This process doesn't require any type of synthetic coating so it’s an environmentally-friendly method of production which can take from 30 to 60 days. It allows the leather to develop a patina over time so the belt won’t crack or flake and thus have a very long lifespan. This style features extra cushion along the inner surface for extra reinforcement to avoid any injuries. The belt is tapered towards the front going from 6 inches to 2.5 inches to give better forward mobility when weightlifiting.
