I didn't expect a lot from these saying they were self stick, but I was frustrated by one of my self closing cabinets no longer closing completely, so gave these a try. The magnets are really surprisingly stong in attraction. It was a little difficult to remove the clear cover off of the sides of the red sticky labels to stick to the metal first, then the cabinet. Using the blank metal plate attached to the cabinet first, making sure it would be covered by the door, then putting the magnet plate on it with only that side stuck to plate, then removing the clear cover to exposed side and closing the door and holding for about a minute led to a really solid stick. Avoided opening for about 24 hours and it's holding perfectly, solved the problem with excellent no tool results! They also contain holes and provided screws if you prefer that type of installation.
