I was introduced to Manuka honey in New Zealand and later learned more about the health benefits. My father was a beekeeper and we knew the health benefits of sourwood and clover honeys, as well as others. I used this as a healing property when I had an infection on my foot too. As much as I hated to “waste” the honey, I was at wits end. I was scheduled for a cruise but I couldn't go with the serious infection so I applied honey to the wound and within 3 days, the infection was gone and I was on the way to healing. I take at least a tablespoon of honey every day. It is delicious with bread and butter or replacing granulated sugar. Honey is amazing and tasty!

The Minooka honey was very very good. I enjoy it with my tea. I enjoy it with any drink that I have that doesn't have sugar in it cold tea. I enjoy even with my toast. It is a very unique taste, but it's very healthy for me and I know it and I must say it's a handicap ill person. It's very important so yes, it's a very good product.
