Whether it's spaghetti and meatballs, stuffed shells, manicotti, lasagna, or meatloaf it pairs wonderfully. I just add my own spices to the sauce and other ingredients and adjust it as needed. I've used it as a base to make chili before also. When you are trying to watch your sugar intake, starting with a base already lower in sugar helps. Then just add your proteins, veggies, and spices. Life and cooking shouldn't be difficult!
