PVC hose useless

Was correct product but so coiled tight and so stiff it's unusable. Typically with old rubber/pvc hose you can straighten with heat (uncoiled position)over period. This is futile w/this hose. I've bought the same type of hose from big box and no issues so it's definitely not normal
