My husband does chemo treatments and got dry blistery skin that itched when healing. This was heavenly , it left him moisterized without being oily and didnt have to rub ointments on afterwards. I find it amusing that for a fragrance free product you ask for a scent rating - should be zero DUH. I like this a lot thus I ordered 2. I was given an 18 oz. bottle for Christmas and liked it so I am happy to buy more so I do not run out.
