I have been on a lowfat keto diet for about a year. Lost 65 lbs. so far. This is one of my foods that I treat myself with. Love the crunch and the spice of these thin little pressed seaweed snacks. I have never tried seaweed before and was not sure if it would taste like fish? So I asked Gemini, the AI on my phone, and he said buy the spicy flavor and it will not taste fishy.
