Sizing is inconsistent,

I have ordered Fasion bras in the past and they are the most comfortable I've ever worn. But their sizing is not consistent. Even though I am a 36A, I order a LARGE and this time, the large wouldn't even go around my torso enough to close. (I weigh 133 lbs. and am 5'5"). A similar situation happened with the last Fashion bra I ordered, too (from Temu vs. Walmart). The shoulder straps on a Large were so short that the bra was too uncomfortable to wear i.e. I could not pull the bra cups down far enough to cover my breasts.
