only 2 pieces were in the box when my friend finally found it the FedEx driver left it at the end of the driveway in the weeds and I do not have a gated driveway like it said on the photo I deserve a full refund now I have no ramp and I can't get out of my house for my Drs appointments I've recently had several strokes and had surgery 2 weeks ago I do my shopping with Walmart and I'm a Walmart memberi deserve better than that I'm not upset I'm really mad and hurt that you treat your customers like I was just treated. I'm 63 years old and I can't walk and I can't talk very well because of the strokes I've had in the last two months. shame on you I will take my business somewhere else if this problem isn't taken care of I'm so ashamed that I told others that your service is good
