Can't recommend, but easy to rectify

On first impression this looked more like a quart sized plant than a .65 gallon. The Heuchera arrived entirely unsecured within the box. Also, the bag around the plant was missing the usual band to keep the dirt from spilling out. When it arrived the plant was hanging over the edge of the bucket, missing about half of the dirt, and looking beat to heck. It must be said that the return was easy, and stress free.

Arrived with broken many broken stems and leaves. There's much to be said regarding packaging. The plant was not secured ar all for travel across the U.S. I'm not happy.
