these were awesome. two for $20. you can't beat the price. I got these to put on my ab coaster but unfortunately was unable to keep them as they were too tall from the hole to the edge of the weight. I am going to also need something thinner the 1 in rather than the 2 in because they wouldn't stay on the little bar that sticks out of the side of my ab coaster where the weights are held on to. they are excellent quality for being made of some sort of heavy plastic material. they will definitely last you many years. if they had been shorter and thinner they would have worked perfectly for me. but they were too fat and tall so I had to return them without an issue. I'm going to try to see if they have something. as I mentioned above, that will work for my ab coaster. these definitely would be great for a weight bar for anyone with a bench. these will also work for anyone with a type of home gym that can slide the weights on to the bars. these would work for those as well. I'm speaking from experience as I used to have one so I know these will fit. highly recommend this product.
