Always fresh always delicious. I have not had any problems with them. Good %26 healthy. I eat them sliced raw by themselves as a side to a meal or raw sliced in salad or on pizza %26 sometimes in my spaghetti sauce with sweet italian sausages. I like Green Bell Peppers.
