Plain and simple eggs

Just eggs.... as eggs should be... the shells are extremely hard i've noticed lately, gotta really hit um hard to crack, been buying Walmart eggs for years... yummy scrambled with cream cheese and scallions, served with sausage and corn cakes ( polenta )

Nutritious, versatile, affordable.

Eggs are the Swiss Army knives of the kitchen. They're a complete protein wrapped in biodegradable packaging, capable of becoming breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or the thing holding your entire baking project together emotionally and structurally. For something that emerges from a chicken, eggs display remarkable professionalism. They can be fried, scrambled, poached, boiled, whipped into a foam, or transformed into a cake with an identity crisis.

Walmart hens

These Walmart eggs were produced by Walmart hens. They say that Walmart has engineered the hens so that when they lay the egg, it goes right into the 18 count carton and off to the stores. Seriously, I'm pretty sure they're chicken eggs with nothing artificial inside the shell. They're not huge eggs. They're labeled as size 'large' and fit that description.
