The first rug I ordered was fine. I ordered two more in different sizes. Both are different from each other and the first rug. One is Dark and one is light. Not happy. If I send them back and reorder, I am not sure that the same thing would happen.

The girl was very nice and said I needed to reorder and call her again so she could try to get them to inspect before sending. The problem is it takes 3 weeks or more to get your money credited, then you have to go thru the whole process again, just hoping it’s right the next time.
