Not sure how to rate the seller PX Supply. I bought these via the Walmart app. So I don't know how much input that they have on the details and methods of shipping. PX Supply LLC does have a choice of buying from China, so I am basing this review on that one factor alone.

XL says it is 39 to 36, anyone looking for a waist 36 must get a XL do to where it is made in China, Portugal, France & Spain, etc.
