Packaging was horrible. It was jammed into a cardboard mailer that was too small for the item. The entire package was covered with packing tape. I needed to use a box cutter to get through the tape. Luckily, the robe was not cut in the process. No receipt and no return instructions.

Which helps if product got punctured by other packages or outside elements. Also provide me with a bill of sale that will help me when I file of my taxes next year.
