I returned this item due to the color not expected. I order redken religiously from walmart market place. I returned the item and they sent me an email accusing me of being dishonest and against ethical and integrity. I recently orderd 2 more products like I always do and they have not been used so I will also be returning this and will never purchase again.

I'm so mad at myself because I bought this product from this seller before, found it was counterfeit and gave them a bad review at the time. I just ordered again from them and again have a counterfeit product. The hair color washes away almost immediately and leaves my hair like straw. What was I thinking?

Terrible and dishonest communication about expired products. I've reached out (3) times and still have no clarity on their return policy. The product I received is expired, which I learned by looking up the batch code, and their response to this was to lie and say that all of their items are new and fresh. When I've asked about their return policy and ability to receive a refund, all they've continued to send me is a return address, implying that they expect me to pay for shipping to return my expired product to them without a refund guaranteed. No thanks. Avoid this seller.
