The seller's communication was fine, except for the receiving from 200 miles part-the antenna may be fine for 35 to 45 miles maybe. Shipping was fine. Ah well, it isn't a Channel Master or a Winegard antenna, I can assure you of that. But it is an antenna and it does work, just not as advertised.

There was no reason for communication.Everything was pretty simple. i checked availabilities. i paid %26 and i left! The height of antenna is important. I do recommend getting a remote controlled antenna. ;-)
