A complete breakdown of communication and a lack of attention to detail between Walmart, Zogics, and FedEx. Returned the product twice because the website description did not match the actual product received. All because Zogics decided to relabel the product but failed to update the website description. Even Zogics sales rep. admitted their website has incorrect information and photographs. Meantime, I lost 6 weeks and a lot of headaches. Finally, purchase the product from the Competitor. This is despite my communication to ZOgics after the first time the order was mismatched.

Ordered citrus-aloe, received honey-coconut. I’ve tried 3 times through email to reach them to no avail. I will use what they sent but would like to have the one I ordered although I’m scared of getting the wrong product again. Not sure if I’m going to try and reorder.
