Many other customers are having the same problem. Their review section is filled with situations like mine. Very frustrating, you can't just return it to Wal-Mart, even when the seller won't do their job. By the time they respond it will probably be after 30 days and they'll refuse.

Do not buy anything from this company. I have sent several emails and they do not respond. They sent me the wrong wallet my son is so upset. He did not want a wallet with a girl dressed up as joker.
