The recliner was delivered on time and is as advertised. The only issue is that the boxes were in terrible shape, torn in many places and filthy. I doubt they left the seller's warehouse in that condition but something happened to them during shipping and they were in very bad shape. As far as we can tell, the chair is okay but the packaging was not impressive.

The Lift Recliner was delivered in 2 boxes, 1 box was incorrect. Contacted NewAcme LLC and they sent a UPS Pickup for the incorrect box and delivered the correct box by Fedex 4 days later. Excellent service.
