LOVE BARELY - COOKED BARLEY - But, so far I'm not having luck using Barley Flour. I bought it because I'm trying to create healthier recipes to lower Cholesterol and Barley is amazing for that. Cookie Recipe: I replaced half the Wheat Flour with Barley Flour in my Chocolate Chip cookie recipe. Big mistake. Entirely disgusting COOKIES. Threw out the dough after first batch came out of oven. Horrible, beyond belief. Don't believe influencers who claim Barley Flour provides a "nutty" taste. They are trying too hard to sound sophisticated, like an expert wine taster. Barley Flour in a cookie recipe tastes like something you'd find in a bucket in the barn, to feed your horse. Oatmeal would be tastier. I'm sure someone has a great bread recipe. Please share, but only if it truly tastes good.

These were good and fresh. People that battle with hypothyroidism are encouraged to eat products with selenium. The daily recommended intake is two to three a day, so I had this product over a month and surpriselingly, the taste remained. Great purchase.

I use this to mix with yogurt daily to keep blood pressure down and it works. I have used Tumeric for several years for this but had been buying Kraft. This one works just as well.

The blue berries were great and I would not hesitate to buy them again.
