Did not receive product connected Walmart they helped alil bit but as far as genesis they not responding properly just keep saying contact support..that’s what I been doing this past week still no where..want a refund or replacement not that hard

Sent me a different monitor than the one I ordered, instead of the black c30 I got the white version that was 10 dollars more.that was cool until I got the monitor and it was a Christmas gift…. Day of Christmas I started the monitor up and static and white light all over the screen exactly disappeared. So I had to send it back, ordered another one from the same company hopefully no problem because I ordered it at a higher price.

The item ordered and paid for was not received. The seller assured Walmart the item would be reshipped, but then refused to respond to Walmart. further. Walmart initiated a refund, due to the seller's inability to conduct proper business which put the buyer to inordinate difficulties as a result.
