Resco when contacted explained the situation. They were sympathetic with my disappointment and offered a discount on an other product.

What started as a frustrating experience ended up a nice surprise. My initial shipment of this soap did not arrive even though I was advised it had been delivered. I searched everywhere it could possibly be delivered to - No Soap. Walmart then refunded the cost - no questions asked. THEN, I received a package in the mail 5 days later from Bed and Bath - what should I find - Yes - a container of the soap I had ordered!! Now that sounds like a company (Walmart) I want to do business with!

After Walmart turned it over to AMI Ventures Inc. I never received this item in my order...all I got was the run around from AMI Ventures Inc. They wanted me to do a police report for eyeliner. Really! Just send me my item. UPS never delivered it to my address, and because they said they did, i am suppose to do a police report.

Nor easy to use. Lock mechanism doesn't work properly without strength.

If you cook or bake, store leftovers,these are a must have!!

Not a credible company. Would never do business with them

Well the company needs to checked their stock. I ordered a TK209 and found a TK207 in a TK209 box.
