The unit is fine, just a poor design which minimizes its effectiveness. It did ship on time. Not a well planned out piece. Idea was right however.

I had submitted a complete set of specs for the cord/plug that I needed, but the one I received was incorrect and did not work for my project. I had to return it for refund.

Received on time and in good shape. Small hole from shippers, but okay.

Bought this to use with a lapidary wheel, tile saw and other wet tools. Works great, covers nicely.

Customer Service was nice. Gave me a RMA # and would credit my account 5 - 7 days after receiving the equipment. Will know if it’s true in about 2 weeks. 1 week to get back to CA. from FL., another week to process my credit.

The item was sent received promptly and safely. While the item (router plane) was functional, it was not the same item as advertised (different casting).

Horrible! Found same for 1.99 at CVS. Vendor they use for this product is unresponsive and return polices are ridiculous. You can’t even return to Walmart.
