I received generic vacuum bags and not the Oreck brand that was advertised in the picture when I placed my order. I feel this was false advertising.

Product arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed

no height adjustment for vacuuming carpet, this vacuum is literally useless unless you're only intention is to vacuum hardwood floors

They advertise branded product with premium price at Walmart.com, but actually ships cheap generic bags. Worse is that EZvacuum is fully aware they are shipping cheap generic bags. I see others reporting similar - they bought expensive A, but got cheaper B. It's a "bait and switch," illegal.

Came quickly. The packaging doesn’t say if it’s a genuine HEPA filet. It constantly falls out of the vacuum. So frustrating!

No communication back from Walmart about undelivered item and just said to wait a few days after delivery notification and it might show up

Item is as described. Was a perfect fit. It had quick shipping and it’s a hard to find item, so I was relieved when I found it here and it worked. Very satisfied.

These bags were just what I needed and at a reasonable price. but my vaccum motor has burned up so no longer have a use for them
