The shipping was fast and the laptop arrived on time. The laptop doesn't seem as advertised. The screen flickers from time to time.

The fact Everest LLC did not ensure High Quality and due diligence of complete product was returned to them prior to selling and shipping.

Well, after returning my warped, unusable, “refurbished” laptop last week, I still haven’t received a refund. It has been 8 days now, and no refund. The return desk at Wal-Mart, which I had to wait in for 30 minutes, did however mention that the “third party seller may take 7-10 business days to process your refund.” Well, we’ll see about that. One thing I’m 100% certain about is that they sold me a product that they knew was defective. I can tell because the item was cleaned, but the damage to the laptop (bulging near the battery region, separation of the keyboard plate from its base) could have only occurred during periods of usage, not in transit. So, they knowingly packaged, sold, and shipped a product that they knew was in disrepair, under the guise of calling it “refurbished.” I would recommend to avoid this seller at all costs, and I’d like Wal-Mart to use this review to examine their relationship with this 3rd party seller. I doubt I’m the only buyer who has purchased from them and discovered an item in unusable condition
