Item is just as described. just wish it came in the bigger jar like it used to. This comes in 2 little jars, but works terrific.

Sent wrong product. Said they could not send correct product. Accepted return of wrong product. Return of money took way too long. Had to make claim with my credit card company.

The boxes were crushed and some of the lozenges were loose in the package. I would have sent them back except that I needed them so badly. So I threw the loose ones away and prayed that the rest weren’t contaminated!!! I had to throw so many away! They were very expensive and this loss made them more expensive!!
